“These men lie in wait for their own blood;
they set an ambush for their own lives.
Such are the ways of everyone who is greedy for unjust gain;
it takes away the life of its possessors.” -Proverbs 1:18-19
“Unjust gain… takes away the life of its possessors.” Join with me in praying for those who seek unjust gain through the purchase, sale, and pillage of women and girls.
Begin with me tonight in praying for a particular group of brothel owners and traffickers who are harboring, under violence and for the purpose of profitable rape, a large number of women and young girls who desperately desire freedom. Pray that these brothel owners and traffickers would be unaware, despite any covert efforts on anyone’s part, of an impending rescue. Pray that these women and girls would all be securely removed from the brothel and their abusers - all of them - arrested and justly detained. Pray that these women and girls would have courage to tell the truth of what they have endured, and would know the hope of new life and freedom that waits for them.
Because of the particular sensitivity and size of this operation, I will wait to let you know the location and any further details.
But please do pray. We hope to have an update for you next week… but please do not delay in praying, nor back-down from persevering in prayer.
Pray for the women and girls who are suffering greatly this night. Pray for courage and knowledge of God’s presence.
Pray for our staff in this city - they are worn but refusing to relent. Pray for strength and knowledge of God’s presence.
Pray for the local authorities who will execute this operation. Pray for integrity, conviction, and unity.
Pray for those who, by the hand of God, will be brought to justice. Pray that God would turn their heart through this facing of judgment.

praying all the pieces of this operation fall perfectly into place.
Praying God covers the women and girls in a blanket of safety, peace, and hope.
Praying He gives everyone involved in the operation clear minds, and a unified, determined, hopeful spirit.
Trusting Him to shed light, open doors, and perform miracles.
Save Them, O God
Save them, O God!
For the waters have come up to their necks.
They sink in deep mire,
where there is no foothold;
They have come into deep waters,
and the flood sweeps over them.
They are weary with their crying out;
their throats are parched.
Their eyes grow dim
with waiting for their God.
More in number than the hairs of their heads
are those who hate them without cause;
mighty are those who would destroy them,
those who attack them with lies.
What they did not steal
must they now restore?
O God, you know their folly;
the wrongs they have done are not hidden from you.
Let not those who hope in you be put to shame,
O Lord God of hosts;
let not those who seek you be brought to dishonor,
O God of Israel.
Dishonor has covers their faces.
They have become strangers to their brothers,
an alien to their mother’s sons.
But as for me, my prayer is to you, O Lord.
At an acceptable time, O God,
in the abundance of your steadfast love rescue them in your saving faithfulness.
Deliver them
from sinking in the mire;
let them be delivered from their enemies
and from the deep waters.
Let not the flood sweep over them,
or the deep swallow them up,
or the pit close its mouth over them.
Answer us, O Lord, for your steadfast love is good;
according to your abundant mercy, turn to them.
Hide not your face from your servants;
for they am in distress; make haste to answer them.
Draw near to their souls, redeem them;
ransom them because of their enemies!
You know their reproach,
and their shame and their dishonor;
their foes are all known to you.
Reproaches have broken their hearts,
so that they am in despair.
They looked for pity, but there was none,
and for comforters, but they found none.
They were given poison for food,
and for their thirst they were given sour wine to drink.
Let the table of their enemies before them become a snare;
and when they are at peace, let it become a trap.
Let the eyes of their enemies be darkened, so that they cannot see,
and make their loins tremble continually.
Pour out your indignation upon their enemies,
and let your burning anger overtake them.
May their camp be a desolation;
let no one dwell in their tents.
For they persecute these girls your children,
and they recount the pain .
Add to these enemies punishment upon punishment;
may they have no acquittal from you.
Your daughters are afflicted and in pain;
let your salvation, O God, set them on high!
We will praise the name of God with a song;
We will magnify him with thanksgiving.
When the humble see it they will be glad;
you who seek God, let your hearts revive.
For the Lord hears the needy
and does not despise his own people who are prisoners.
Let heaven and earth praise him,
the seas and everything that moves in them.
For God will save and will build up,
and people shall dwell there and possess his presence;
the offspring of his servants shall inherit it,
and those who love his name shall dwell in it.
May God give strength to the weak, His justice to the captors and freedom to the catives.
