I am thrilled to bring you this report today from yesterday’s operations - significant rescues were secured in two nations last evening:
• Last night (July 28), IJM Cambodia and local police conducted a successful rescue operation at a remote brothel: 20 girls and young women were removed from the building in the coordinated operation, and all perpetrators were arrested. The brothel owner, formerly an officer in the brutal Khmer Rouge regime, initially attempted to escape by jumping from a second floor balcony over a brick wall, but was pursued by police and ultimately found hiding in a shed. The brothel was particularly cruel; the girls and women there were never free to leave alone and were sent to service customers at local casinos each night. One of the girls said to IJM staff, “Now we’re out of hell and going to paradise!” The victims are receiving care from IJM social workers as they share their stories with local authorities. IJM will ensure that each victim is equipped with the aftercare services she needs in collaboration with local partners. The accused perpetrators are in police custody.
• Additionally, last night, one of IJM’s South Asia teams conducted an operation in collaboration with local police at a brothel – the operation, a result of IJM investigative work, brought freedom to seven trafficking victims. Six suspected perpetrators were taken into police custody duing the rescue operation. The freed women and girls are being cared for by IJM social workers as they share their stories with authorities.
Praise God for his great love and rescue!
As always, any comments you leave will certainly be shared with the team who fought so hard to bring this victory. And please continue to pray for them, as the rescue operation is only the beginning in the justice journey.

I get teary-eyed every time I read one of these updates. They never get old. Praise God for His faithfulness.
Earlier today I listened to the FreedomPartners podcast, which focused on the work conducted by IJM’s investigative teams. I’m so very grateful for their commitment, sacrifice and steadfastness. Am praying that God will heal, restore, and renew everyone involved in this operations.
Beautiful. Abolition is happening. Those 27 survivors will have their lives changed forever and the arrest of all those perpetrators sends a powerful message.
This is what the Kingdom looks like.
As I said before: You are heroes by the grace of God! Halleluja!
Amen! We’re rejoicing all over the world, and continuing to pray for these precious souls.
I bless God for all those involved in this act of redemption. You are workers proclaiming peace to the brokenhearted and freedom to the oppressed! Blessed are the feet of those who bring the good news. Praise God.
Praise the Lord. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
Wow, praise the Lord! That is completely and totally awesome. Thank you IJM for all that you are doing to help this cause.
This is so incredibly exciting! What an awesome thing you in God’s work have done. Will continue to pray for strength and wisdom as aftercare work is being established.
We rejoice with you all--& with the victims whose lives are opening to new possibilities!
GOOD NEWS! I rejoice with you. May the One who rescued us give you great celebration in this time of victory!
Praises and thanks!!!!! Thank you IJM workers. WE pray for your protection- of your heart, mind , body and soul as you work to rescue so many. Oh thank you. May the Lord bless you beyond expectations.
I can’t help but sing the kids song “my God is so BIG so strong and so mighty there’s NOTHING my God can not do”. Hooray!! Thanks to the team in Cambodia and to IJM for letting Him work through you!
THANK YOU for all your amazing hard work, God is doing truly great things because of your obedience! Praise him!
Praise GOD! He is mighty and awesome and is able to save those who are oppressed. I thank GOD for you IJM and rejoice with you.
The lives of these women are changed forever because you chose to stand up for those who can’t. I’m sure the Lord is smiling from heaven.
Thank you so much for all you do to free people in deep bondage. May the Lord bless you a hundred-fold for all your efforts to help bring freedom, justice and mercy to people who are not able to free themselves.
Now that is truly the Kingdom of God breaking into the darkness. Thank you for your courage, your compassion, and your passion for God’s justice. I can think of no better way to tell the world of the Good News than by setting people free!
Praise God that these girls can now experience freedom!! Thank you for your persistence, hard work and willingness to take risks. I will pray more.
Is this not the fast I choose, to loosen the bonds of wickedness… and to let every oppressed person go free? declares the Lord.
Thanks to God for this work. Thanks to all of you who worked so hard by His grace for this to happen. Now may the His grace be with you and with those who are rescued
These verses from Isaiah 61 describe the rescuers as annointed by the Lord, and I thank God for them! I also pray that the victims may taste the oil of gladness and become mighty oaks who display the Lord’s presence. Praise God.
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners, [a]
2 to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.
Father,
Thank you for the success that you helped the IJM workers attain this past week. I pray for these girls that have been rescued. Please help them to find you as they go through the painful process of recovery. Please continue to put the desire in people’s hearts to be a parts of the solution to these problems. Please be with the perpetrators as they meet justice. I pray they will find your love & grace in the midst of facing their wrongs.
May God’s favor continue to be upon this ministry. To all those willing to heed the call of our Master, may they be strengthened in their efforts. Hebrews 13:3 seems applicable. thanks for remembering the prisoners…
We pray this list purposefully each week and are grateful to hear praise reports whenever they arise.
I thank God for the bravery of the workers in the depths of the hell man has made on earth. I’m also thankful we serve a faithful God who loves us so much.
I praise and thank the Lord for your perseverence in rescuing the victims who have no other rescuers or resources. IJM has made me aware of sex trafficking all over the world. Thank you warriors of Justice!
How can we thank you enough, thank God enough, for your courage, tenacity, strength, compassion and insights into saving these people out of bondage?
You are all amazing, your work, dedication and fortitude brings such honor to God. You are changing lives, as you rescue the “least of these”, children of the Most High.
Thank you. Thank you.
Psalm 106:3
Blessed are they who maintain justice,
who constantly do what is right.
Thank you for your courage and your service to the Lord. May He bless you and protect you with His mighty right hand.
Thanks be to God! That’s awesome! So thankful for the team and for all that you do! Your courage is inspiring!
Blessings, blessings, blessings. I’ve been really encouraged lately by Jude 2 (The Message): Relax, everything’s going to be all right; rest, everything’s coming together; open your hearts, love is on the way! Hope it brings some extra Sonshine to your day, wherever you may be and whatever you may be doing.
beyond doubt the faithfulness of the IJM workers was truly blessed doing God’s work...much to give thanks for. Much to continue to pray for.
It is overwhelming to know that one can be half way around the world and still participate in liberating captives. Although it is others who are the rescuers, the Church all over the world gets to plays a part. Blessings to those who courageously risk their own freedom and lives to bring others to out of bondage. You are heroes!
We praise God for these rescues, and for the dedicated IJM people who brought them about. Please know that many, many people aroud the world pray for your strength, your safety and God’s hand on your endeavours. Thank you for saving these people!
Thanks to God for all you have done and are doing to bring justice to his children.
Praise God! The Lord bring His healing to those set free, and uphold you by His strength as you continue this fight so close to His heart.....
I feel so motivated to go out into the world and do my best for Christ knowing the amazing work that others are doing.
This is such an inspiration to me and I feel ready to give my all.
I’ll be praying for these 27, thank you.
~Kt
I always get jazzed when I’m praying the prayer list each night and I come across a praise for success. But this has to be at the top of the list for praises! Thanks so much for all that you folks do.
No more of that brand of hell for those 27 people. Hallelujah!!!
Praise God!!! And thank you, IJM, for the work that you, by God’s grace and in God’s strength, are doing to rescue and restore victims of injustice in Jesus’ name. Bless you!
I am overcome with elation and joy at this news! 27 fewer of the 8 million who have been enslaved in this way. Praise God and thank you, IJM, for your relentless and fearless work in this area. I’m so thankful to God for this news.
What a privilege that we are allowed to participate in these operations through our prayers. Thank you for being the hands and feet of justice, hastening God’s kingdom on earth.
I praise God every time I read one of these updates! God works miracles today and he’s working through you - freeing the oppressed and inspiring praise and thanksgiving in the hearts of his people! May you be richly blessed, continually strengthened and encouraged just as you have brought strength and encouragement to the captives - and strength and encouragement to me! Through your actions God’s Spirit creates a ripple effect of joy and hope!
PRAISE THE LORD!! You are such brave men and women....God is using your courage to bring life and light to so many. Your safety and that of the rescued victims will be in our prayers. Many blessings to you.
I praise God for how He has used you to free these young ladies. Thank you for all your hard work, your sacrifices of love and long hours to rescue them. May the Lord richly bless you as you continue to do His work. I rejoice with you over their freedom and the perpetrators arrest. Rejoicing in the Lord, your sister in Christ - Laurie McGee from New York, USA
Thank you so much for all your hard work and preparation to make this happen. You are fighting this battle on all our behalf, and we are grateful.

Your fellowship in the gospel brings great joy to me! Thank you for all you do and for allowing me to partner with what God is doing through you in prayer.
It’s so wonderful to have captives freed and hope extended to them by the bravery and hard work of IJM. Special thanks to those who risk their safety and well-being to be on the front lines confronting injustice.
God is about justice for the helpless!! God Bless!!!
The God who delights in rescuing these girls rejoices in all you who were part of this. May his love sustain you through the burdens you face as you continue this work of his.
Amazing news! It never fails to cheer my heart to hear of how God is bringing freedom to the helpless and oppressed. Thank God for His mercy and kindness on these girls and women!
Praise God and may He bless you for all the hard work you put in to serve Him! I pray that you will be encouraged to see the fruit of your labor and know that God is glorified and well pleased.
I am sure that this is the result of long, exhausting hours of challenging service. I just finished taking the bar exam today and am exhausted myself, so I want to say a particular word of encouragement to the attorneys who are working on these cases - what you do inspires me and I think it is the such an amazing way to use your gifts & skills in the Lord’s service. I don’t know how to put into words just how thankful I am for all that you are doing and how blessed I feel to play even a small part as a prayer partner. Keep on pressing toward the goal and know that God loves you; no matter what happens, your victory is secure in heaven!
Praise God who loves righteousness and those who seek it! Thank you for your faithfulness.
“For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed.” 1 Peter 3:12-14
PTL for His power and love - And I thank you for your perseverance and courage to act for those who are in such horrible places. May you each know His blessing and strength to continue.
Thank you for answering the calls these girls have made to God. As He has chosen each one of you to rescue and bring light to dark places I pray that you feel the joy of this partnership with Our Father. We have an almighty God who seeks to bring day to night. Know that I will continue praying for you.
Every night I pray for the percecuted and enslaved around the world and for you who work for IJM. I ask God to send his Holy Spirit to free those who are forced to do things against their will or who need His help. And, I also ask Him to protect you, those who work so hard to bring justice to those in need.
Please stay courageous and know that many of us are praying for you every day and hold you in the highest regard for the work you do.
A prayer to help you through the day:
Dear God,
Go forth in peace,
Have courage,
Hold on to what is good,
Return noone evil for evil,
Strenghten the fainthearted,
Support the weak,
Help the suffering,
Honor all men and women,
Rejoice in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Thank you for the work you do. May God watch over you and all those you save every day.
“I love the LORD, because He hears our voice and our supplications.” Psalm 116:1
Well done, IJM staff and partners! This is a victory to celebrate in the name of our God! May those rescued truly know the freedom of the LORD.
Thank you guys so much for dedicating your lives to the work of bringing justice to the oppressed.
Father, thank You for putting mercy in the hearts of those You have called to this work. May they be mightily supported in prayer and finances to continue the work You have ordained. In Jesus’ name, Amen
How we thank God for the work you are doing! And how we praise Him for every successful rescue! We were thrilled recently to hear that one of “our” young men, from a church we served, went with a team to investigate and help and report on the need for what you are doing. He was a HS kid in a class I taught, so I was especially proud that he wanted to raise the money to make the trip, and to learn what he and his church can do to help save young girls from this kind of bondage. All praise to Him who reigns above!
This is what I think of when I here this truly glorious news:
He reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters. he rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me. They attacked me at a moment when I was in distress, But the Lord supported me. He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me! -Psalms
This is marvelous and I pray that those precious 27 know how much the Lord loves and delights in them. Praise Jesus for his beauty and love in an ugly world! Thank you IJM!!!
Jeremiah 21:12 O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
Proverbs 21:15 It is joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.
Isaiah 33:15-16 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
I am so SO proud of the IJM team. May God’s name be glorified through you in all of the Earth! Amen.
Praise God for his faithfulness and for all your tireless efforts to free those who are held captive. You are truly doing all things through Christ who strengthens you. Thank you for sharing the wonderful news.
This is something I have been praying hard about recently and its wonderful seeing gods blessing and protection on these innocents and also bringing the evil perps to justice...wonderful news!! isaiah mandate brought right up to date! (john wearne)
God is withyou and working with you to bring forth His kingedom in one of the darkest places on earth. I thank God for your obedience and perseverence.
I am so thankful to those who are able and willing to risk their own safety and comfort, for the positive outcome of people needing liberation.
“I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
- Psalm 4:8
Thank-you dear GOD for giving the IJM team the strength and wisdom to secure the safe rescue of our sisters.
Great job IJM, keep up the good work!
Praise God! What a beautiful picture of His redemption you are bringing to these precious souls.
I have worked with many women in South Asia in home situations similar to the ones these women were trafficked out of. I have a sense of both the enormity of your task of restoration and the Kingdom value of it. Praise God for your perseverance.
I am so thankful for the rescue of these women. I pray that the Lord continues the healing process that has begun.
God’s kingdom is coming! Thanks for being part of the welcoming committee. I pray that God will strengthen you for the race.
Through your efforts God is being praised. Thank you for being in the frontline for God’s heart for justice. I will continue to pray for you all, that God will protect you, your family, and your relationship with your love ones. I will continue pray for emotional and spiritual support. We all love you because you are our brothers and sisters in Christ! Woo Hoo for God!!!
I am overwhelmed thinking about how you have rescued these hurt lives. My heart weaps for what these girls have been through and pray that God will use each person that will be a part of their recovery to be Jesus’s healing touch to them. May He remove all shame and replace it with peace, love and His truth. You guys are my heroes. I pray for you daily and am honored to be a part of your team here in the U.S. May God continue to stengthen you and provide you with all you need.
may you know the delight of the Lord as you do his work. we are thanking God for you here in colorado. and praying God’s wholeness for those rescued and those in custody.
Praises and thanksgiving to our HOLY & MIGHTY GOD who went before, with, around and in each of you as you brought His precious children into the LIGHT! Prayers said daily for all of you working for IJM! Love, peace & prayers
Bless the Lord and all that is within me bless His holy name! I praise God for bringing freedom and justice- for the work that He has done.
May God continue to bring joy, strength, perservance, and rich blessing to each of the men and women who are serving Him through IJM. Thank you for being His hands and feet in a very dark place. May His light continue to shine brightly through each one of you!
May the Lord continue to grant you favor before the eyes of those who will now prosecute and help ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice and be kept where they are supposed to be that they may find justice at work, yet God’s grace abounding. Likewise may the Good Lord bestow upon the rescued girls and women healing for their bodies and soul. May they experience the cleansing power of God’s love expressed thru your efforts and care for them, that they may see how their lives count for their Maker. And may you, dear workers in the vineyard, be renewed in your strength and in your passion as you continue your work of helping make God’s Kingdom real on earth. May His protection cover you whereever you go, and whoever you face. And may His presence continue to bring a smile to you and the women and girls you have helped get rescued. God bless you.
Praise God for His work of freedom and hope in our dark world. Thank you for being His workers in a dark place. Light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. Hallelujah! May Jesus bring your rest and His gentle presence to you today.
Praise the Lord for the success! May the peace of Jesus be with you as you continue to serve as His hands, eyes, feet, and ears in this challenging work. Let the light shine!!!
“For I know the plans that God has for you, not to harm you but to give you a hope and a future”. Thanks for being the arms and legs of Jesus and providing hope and the possibliity of a a future in freedom for these victims. I’ve just spent some time with a friend who is returning to South Asia to complete her fellowship with IJM. Her firsthand stories are so touching. Surely you are the modern day William Wilberforces.
God is good, and there is nothing so good for any of us to humbly work hard in His strength to advance His kingdom. May you be encouraged by this visible fruit from your hard work, and may you be encouraged as well by the fruit which is not so visible, but which is often just as important. May God give you His vision and direction each day there is no visible fruit, as there will almost certainly be many of these days during the aftercare, and may you see with the eyes of your heart the kingdom of God growing in these women and others as you labor for their return to health as well.
Praise God for this great success. I pray Psalm 91 over the workers and those they are working to rescue. This work is so close to God’s heart. May everyone that is rescued come to complete healing and salvation through Jesus. May what the enemy meant for evil be turned to good in their lives as they discover the joy of knowing Jesus.
YES!!!!!!!!! WAY TO FIGHT!!!! AND BRING FREEDOM!!!!!
Thank you for your sacrifice to serve the Lamb of God. May God have mercy and bring total healing to the oppressed.
Please also encourage the other rescue effort which follows this one on the website.
Thank you so much for your obedience to our Heavenly Father. These stories remind me that anything is possible when we follow him.
I pray that the Lord would bless all of you and continue to renew your energy in the fight for justice among the oppressed.
Each time I read of your wondrous actions in freeing people from horrendous lives, I overflow with emotions at the power of God, your faith and hope in Him, and the courageous and life-changing work you do. May God bless you and look with favor on you and all those you have freed!
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to support IJM, you all have my deepest commitment to the cause for justice for these precious ones. Please know you go with my prayers… the Lord is doing His tremendous work through you. God bless you all!!
“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” ~Phil 1:3-5
Hearing of God’s work through you brings joy! May His gospel be advanced!
Wow! I’m praying that God gives you and the girls and women rescued rest in him.
The Lord continue to lift you up on eagles wings. May you run and not get faint, may you toil and not get weary. Your work will reap rewards visible on earth and untold in heaven. You and your benevolent mission work is always in my prayers. To the victims have hope, pray much and God will lift you up to where he wants you to be. May you all be kept and blessed in the capable hands of our Lord and Savior. Amen!
Thank you Lord for the call of justice on your people and the obedience to respond, truly a gift from above. Thank you for moving the hearts of your followers to help bring transformation to dark areas of this world.
Bless the work of their hands as lives are restored, captives freed and justice prevailing. Pray for the after care, for grace to abound, for resources to appear in ways that none can deny, it was God. You are our rescuer, redeemer and light in the darkness. Keep the flames burning bright in the hearts of those serving in the battle at the front lines while we gladly provide prayer cover. All for Your glory and Your Kingdom.
This is wonderful news. Thank you for all your work. I am praying for you and the people you have rescued and are seeking to rescue, as always.
Praise God for His love and mercy and His power to bring about this rescue! It brings tears to my eyes. Thank you, team for being there, for “rescuing those being led to slaughter”. For doing this vitally important work. You are heroes! May God protect you and bless you and lead you forward for the next part of this operation. May justice rain down on these girls and on this world. Thy kingdom come!
Your work is BEAUTIFUL. Your hands and feet are BEAUTIFUL for they do the work of the LORD. God is overjoyed at the likeness of His children to Himself. See I Chronicles 29:10-13.
I praise God for you all, and trust all these precious girls and IJM workers to His love and care. May each rescued girl (even the perpetrators) come to know Jesus as their savior and friend. “Be not weary in well doing . . .”
PRAISE GOD!!! I am encouraged for this work everywhere everytime I read how God moves. May God bless you all and continue to care for the victims and for you.
so very thankful for this rescue. Praising God for men and women who are His hands and feet in a world where the enemy tries to steal, kill, and destroy. I believe that God is looking down on you and is overfilled with love and thankfullness for you! Feel that! Praying for the all of thoe ones rescued, that they would know that God is good.
Isaiah 62:6
I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the LORD,
give yourselves no rest
Thank you for your bravery and obedience. You are God’s hands in this world, and are truly bringing Heaven to this broken world. I can only imagine the pain and toil and frustration that must be part of your everyday lives, and how exhausting and heartbreaking the work must be. Thank you for giving your lives to this work. We are praying for you and supporting you in Grand Rapids, Michigan. May the Lord bless you richly, in this life and the next.
I continue to be blessed by the stories of God’s work through IJM and those who are called into this amazing work. Thank you to our Great God and all who are a part of this ministry.
Gracious and loving God… may each of these sweet girls know their great worth as your daughter. May they be filled with Your Spirit of love and peace and free of fear as your hand heals each one, body and soul. I give you all the praise!
Awesome work!! I’ll share this with others!!
When Jesus tells Peter, “On this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it,” people tend to imagine the church in a defensive position, but this is mistaken.
Yes, the church is built on that rock, but look at where the struggle is occurring: the very gates of hell! The church is on the offensive, friends, not defensive. And what’s more, Jesus assures us that those gates will not be able to resist the church’s advance.
God, bless Your courageous servants at IJM as they advance through enemy territory.
My first thought.."Thank You!” And then, “Thank you for the brave, passionate men & women that followed You.”
Thank you for the updates. I am reminded once again of the Psalm: “I am still confident of this, that I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
Thank you for your faithful work to see God’s justice served. Every life you save is precious. I pray for all of you - that God strengthen and encourage you in your hearts, minds, bodies and spirits as you continue to rescue and free slaves.
i was thrilled and humbled to read the email of the successful rescue of women and children from the brothels last night! it’s a privilege to get to pray for you and your ministry. thank you so very much for your tireless labor. you are such demonstrators of perseverers in the faith! may God’s hand continue to be upon each of you in mighty ways!

Praises to God, and thank you for servant hearts and boldness to do hard things. The story of rescue causes many hearts around the world to rejoice. Prayers for what comes next.
Hallelujah! Praise God for his mighty works thorugh his humble servants. May the good news of Jesus spread like wildfire in the dark places of this world b/c of the good work that IJM is doing, and may the kingdom of heaven increase. Praise the Lord!
This morning during my prayer time, before I saw the news of these rescues in my inbox, I was overwhelmed with a desire to praise God for IJM’s field workers. Thank you for your persistence, helping to free each of these children of God. To encourage you with an entry from “Streams in the Desert”, Jan 24th: ..."Our great Helper in prayer is the Lord Jesus Christ, our Advocate with the Father, our Great High Priest, whose chief ministry for us these centuries has been intercession and prayer...He has gone in for you into the inner chamber, and already holds up your name upon the palms of His hands; and the messenger, which is to bring you your blessing, is now on his way...” I thank Jesus for being intercessor for each of us! May He lift you up and bless you today.
In Christ,
Leslie
Praise the Lord that justice has been brought to these places of darkness. May the light of the Lord shine brightly into the lives of the recused victims. May IJM continue to be lights and salt to the world.
Faithfulness and courageous hard work! If done in the name of the Lord, strength to meet the occasion is always available. Indeed, “to Him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory ... forever and ever. Amen.” Just think of all the young lives now given the opportunity to know life as it is meant to be!
Praise the Lord, the God of justice! I can’t even imagine what these young girls and women go through. Whenever I read your accounts, it seems like a movie or surreal. I am so thankful to the Lord for IJM and the work you all do. He is our vindicator, our lifeline, our everything.
My prayers are for all the IJM workers that risk their lives to help those who are in desperate need of help.
God Bless you all,
Raymond
I’m very thankful for all the staff of IJM that work behind the scenes to make this happen.
My prayers and thoughts are with the team and with each of the victims of this horrible atrocity. May God continue to bless you and give you strength and encouragement to continue the fight. Jeremiah 32:17 says: “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh; is there anything too hard for me?” I agree w/ Lisa - there’s absolutely NOTHING that our God cannot do! Praise the Lord! Your sister in Christ, Susan
Lord, be with those now in aftercare; minister to their souls, show them Your grace and love and bring them to know you more. Be with those who are caring, protect their hearts and remind them of your mercy. Bring those perpetrators to justice and a place of brokenness that will hopefully have them find their own salvation in you. Amen.
Praise God! I am praying for you and rejoicing with you… Thank you for your obedience.
God is good - ALL the time!
Thank you for your faithfulness! God bless those who have been involved in any way and may your continued favor and blessings be poured out to all rescused and those working along side them. Amen!
To all you faithful servants of the LORD at IJM who work for His justice:
“And God is able to make ALL GRACE abound to you, so that ALWAYS having ALL sufficiency in EVERYTHING, you may have an ABUNDANCE for EVERY good deed.” 2 Cor 9:8
I praise God that He calls us to different parts of this work and then enables us to do it, and then brings the victory! May God greatly enlarge your spiritual and emotional and physical strength as you continue to do His work. I am continuing to pray for justice through the courts in all these cases, and for healing for those rescued.
Dear Ones, God bless you for the wonderful work you’re doing saving others from slavery from their persecutors and from the Great Persecutor of us all. May God keep you all safe and in good health as you serve Him! my prayers are with you all!
God is so faithful!! My beloved Daughter-in-law is with IJM in Cambodia, and deeply a part of this last mission. Today is her last day with IJM, what a gift-that God has given new life to these young women, and what a blessing that Naomi leaves with this legacy of victory for Jesus as she goes. May the Lord bring other dedicated lawyers to Cambodia to replace her wonderful stewardship there these past two years.
I just want you all to know that it is a privalege to pray for you and that I will not sin by ceasing to pray for you. Press on toward the goal of the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus!
Thank you so much for the work you do. It must be difficult to be living in such darkness and evil, but thank you for doing God’s work in freeing prisoners, abused, and powerless. God’s heart is with you and so is ours.
Thanks to the people on the front line fighting this evil in our society. I am proud to be a part by my financial support. This success motivates me to want to do more.
Thank you for serving our loving God and pursuing His justice in this world. May His wonderful grace and peace be with you always.
Friends,
My husband and I were working in Northern Uganda all summer, and I read Gary’s book throughout my trip. Through triumphs I praised God for His glorious love, and in dim places, I sought answers to the hardest questions I have ever asked. The stories of IJM- the rescues, the hearts, the souls, the burdens- kept me going, and kept my questions constantly answered. We are His hands, and this is the world He’s given us. Keep reaching, keep rescuing, and never, ever forget how mighty even your tiny hands are.
We love you and we are praying for you.
Praise be to God!!
These dear women and children have gained freedom from slavery because of IJM’s diligence and commitment to what the Lord has called them to do. Praying for His healing hand upon them all, in body, mind and spirit and for His blessing and protection for IJM’s staff and partners.
I am awestruck by God’s goodness and IJM’s faithfulness. Keep up all your amazing work!
Thank you for being “repairers of the breach” (Isa 58:12)!
Thanks for being faithful to His call in really difficult assignments. And thanks for sharing this news so that we can rejoice with you in the cool stuff God is doing!!!
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Rom.15:13
Praise Him for His faithfulness, Love, grace, mercy, and healing! Thank You Lord. Keep up the great work you are doing, IJM!
Praise God! Great work guys!
Isaiah 42:6-8
6 “I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness;
I will take hold of your hand.
I will keep you and will make you
to be a covenant for the people
and a light for the Gentiles,
7 to open eyes that are blind,
to free captives from prison
and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
8 “I am the LORD; that is my name!
I will not give my glory to another
or my praise to idols.
I am praising God for these new rescues. These women, children and IJM workers will remain in my prayers. The work you do is incredible.
That is from non other than our Lord Jesus Christ, our power, protector and guide.
He came for freedom. Peace be theirs through Jesus our precious Savior and Leader. The love of our lives.
Praise God for brave souls who love His people so much they give hands, feet, mind and full energy to serve God and rescue those in distress.
Ps 107 “Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever!
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,
whom he has redeemed from trouble
3 and gathered in from the lands,
from the east and from the west,
from the north and from the south.”
Praise to our Faithful God for working through all of you to promote
justice and healing. You are in my prayers for continued strength and
peace as you do this difficult work for the kingdom of Christ!
Thank you all for your courage, this is an inspiring testimony to God’s faithfulness. Often we forget about people suffering in silence, but He never does. Thank you for remembering & rescuing them. I pray for continued strength for you and the women & children rescued.
Praise for his faithfulness. Thank you for your commitment to justice and freedom for all. My prayers are with your as you continue your work.
Praise to you, O GOd! You say in your word that you care for the oppressed and that you are a God who loves justice. Indeed, you do! I’ve been praying that you would rescue the oppressed and bring your justice down upon the oppressors, and you have! Please, O God, continue to prove yourself to the oppressed around this world! Continue to bring evil oppressors to justice for your glory!
And, precious Lord, continue to protect your servants who do your will. Guard them with your mighty angels. Protect them through the name of Jesus. Give them supernatural wisdom, strength and success in carrying out your will! In the name of your Son, Jesus!
IJM workers live out one of my favorite verses . Joshua 1:9, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid and discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” May God bless each one of you and the people you help bring to freedom.
Psalms 91 speaks 1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [a]
2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge- 10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation
of God’s power that you clearly have surrounding you
We are here agreeing in prayer with you. Thank you! R~
These kind of injustices make my skin crawl, especially when they are carried out against children. I am so grateful that IJM has the annointing and skill to bring about justice in these very dark places. I will keep praying and supporting their mission.
What a great battle won for the glory of the Lord! Congratulations and Halleluiah!
I pray for each and every one of us: that God continues to guide and direct us to seek His will, and that we continue to listen and be still, knowing that He is the author and perfector of our lives.
Thanks so much for what you do to touch lives that are lost to the rest of the world. God bless you for your work of compassion.

My prayer is that you all would be encouraged and strengthened by our Lord and the prayers of so many. Psalm 121:
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep ou from all evil; he will keep your life.
The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
I pray that the Lord will bless you in mighty ways today and every day!
</b>Praise God! I’ll continue praying for more stories like this!
Your courage is heroic and inspiring. Keep up the great work you are doing for the Lord.
You’re brave souls serving on the front lines to rescue the innocent from Satan. I pray that these girls will know you are doing God’s work, will follow Jesus, the Victor, and bring many more to know Him. May the words of Ps. 40:1-3 be their song:
“I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay; And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm. And He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear, And will trust in the Lord.”
God bless you!
That is awesome! I pray for the work that continues with those who have been rescued. May they embrace and walk in the freedom! Thanks for the update!
Praise God! Thank you for being brave in Him and doing His work. I pray for IJM frequently and will continue to do so. I am always amazed and uplifted by the work you do. Thank you for being a light in this world.
Great news! You are strong in the Lord…
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:10-12
I am so happy that you are helping sexually abused children and getting justice in their favor. I wish we could do as much in America as you are doing overseas. I will continue to pray for your efforts in fighting this awful crime. Your dedication is worth it.
Praise God for the freedom of these precious young women!!! GOD IS AWESOME! I am attending college in the fall for criminal justice- -my heart is for victims of sex trafficking, and God uses you to fan the flames! FATHER GOD, MAY EACH ONE OF THESE NEWLY RESCUED SOULS BELIEVE IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND TRULY BE FREE FOREVER!
thank you, for your time, your work, your worries, your care, and your perseverance.
I am overwhelmed by the awesome goodness of God and your dedication to setting the captives free!!! you are doing wonderful work you are the hands and feet of the most high God he is using you mightily and I pray that those that are freed will be free indeed and come to know the awesome power that saved them and be lights unto the world.
God be praised. We ask God’s protection and His kingdom’s advancement and Satan’s retreat, in Jesus name.
I am deeply moved by the rescue operations carried by your brave team. I praise and thank God for the wonders done in the lives of the 27 girls you have rescued and everytime you rescue these victims. May the Lord shower Choicest Blessings on all your undertakings.
Dear Jesus, I thank you for your victory. I praise your name! I’m so proud to be under your banner of love! Please Lord continue to redeem the rescued from evil. Help them to not repay evil with evil, but to bless those who curse them...and to remember to leave room for your wrath. I know they will have a long road and satan will temp the rescued to take revenge and harbor evil, but please renew their minds and transform their spirits and to not conform to the pattern of this world. (Romans 12) Your love is strong- allow it to pour out of those who have been rescued. In Jesus Christ, Amen
Praise Jesus. You guys are part the huge, glorious project He has revved up lately against human trafficking. I’m in college and this summer it seems like every other Christian college student I meet has human trafficking on their heart, and for most, in their destinies, from what they, and I as well, see right now. Thank you for being the forerunners. We are praying for you guys, and Jesus is rallying the troops behind you to carry on the torch. God BLESS you in every way!
Praise the Lord! I am so thankful for what IJM has been doing and is doing. I teach a decal at UC Berkeley about modern day slavery and we are all very encouraged and in support of what you guys have been doing! I pray that God will continue to give you victory in the good work that you are doing!
